30-Day Returns
We offer a 30-day return window from the delivery date.

To start a return
Email Zofayaofficial@gmail.com with your order number and reason. We’ll reply with instructions.

  • Items must be unused, in original packaging (if possible).
  • Customer pays return shipping.
  • Please include a note with your order number inside the parcel.

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5 business days. Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Exchanges
Want a different item? Start a return first, then place a new order.

Non-returnable items
Gift cards, perishable items, custom/personalized items, hygiene products with a broken seal, and “Final Sale” items.

Damaged/defective on arrival
Contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos; we’ll replace or refund.
